Google Maps has Street View in Taipei
As of today, it seems that I can look around Taipei city using the street view feature. Perhaps because of the compactness of the city, or possibly because the imaging quality is better, I can read the addresses on buildings. The Google Maps indicate an address that is often 10 away from the actual number, but it is still very useful to try out.
It even seems like they covered a lot of the alleyways around the city.
In other Google Maps related information, the map still hasn’t been updated to show the Neihu MRT line in service. That may be just as well, since with all the problems, maybe it won’t continue to exist without major changes.
