Rather than a combination of large and small letters as it used to be, trains on the Taipei MRT now show English names of their destinations with all capital letters. It isn’t any more readable, and it is a lot uglier. Given that I don’t ride on the Neihu line that has had so many troubles, I have to say it is the single biggest offense on the MRT system. However, it seems like there are more coming.
