Better Teaching Methods
What I learned at MIT was not from the classes, and apparently it seems that they have realised that little fact. Large lectures apparently are becoming fewer and fewer. I enjoyed my time at MIT, but I think the most important things I learned there were not the things I learned in the classroom. What I really did was learn to teach myself. On that key metric, I wonder how students that learn in these small groups compare if they are given a problem without a source to give them directed guidance.
