Skin health

I suffered from dry skin in Korea, particularly in the winter months. Perhaps because of all the B12 and cofactors I have been taking recently, I haven’t had any problems. I had heard omega3 oils were good for skin. Some of my skin in fact did feel a bit dry, so I put some organic olive oil directly on it. All I have to say is wow!

Much more effective for getting rid of the dryness and cracks than any so-called skin moisturiser I’ve used!

As it turns out, the oldest verified living person ever, Jeanne Calment, lived to be 122 years old. She attributed her lifespan to putting olive oil in all her foods and on her face and skin, everyday. Perhaps I should follow in her footsteps.
