Viagra increases athletic ability

There is some question that Viagra might have to be banned in the future because it increases oxygen carrying capacity. I found that kind of interesting, because there are some other, non prescription health supplements that can help do the same thing.

For example, dibencozide/adenosylcobalamin (one of the variants of vitamin B12 usable by the body) is very helpful for people that don’t eat enough of it in food. It helps transport oxygen to cells, just as viagra apparently does. It also costs a lot less, and is fairly common at bodybuilding shops.

If active forms of B12 became popular, how would people responsible for testing performance-enhancing drugs deal with it? B12 is a necessary part of the human diet, after all.
