Guide for non dairy eaters

Did you know that “dairy free” means food has no more than 5% dairy products by weight? That is still an awful lot for people that have allergies to casein or are lactose intolerant.

I found this extremely useful page that talks about all the products to avoid, what to look for, etc. if you don’t want to/can’t ingest dairy products.

Since I have been research health a lot recently, I added a vegan health list that will always be available on the left column of this blog. You may need to scroll down to see it.
