Slow Food 慢餐

Saturday night I visited the Millennium Restaurant in San Francisco as part of the Slow Food Festival. The basic idea behind the festival is to make foods that are organic (and hence not GMO), sustainable, and delicious.

For $70US, I got quite a nice four course meal. The bread:

A starter sort of salad, with wonderful tomatoes:

Soup, tasted a bit like curry:
