Omega 3 Supplements

Awhile back, maybe around December, I bought a large bottle of Omega 3 capsules made from fish oil. I decided to try them to see if the claims were really true. Things like getting rid of a sandy feeling in the eyes when waking up, improving one’s ability to build muscle mass, and so on.

After all this time, the only difference I have noticed is that my skin became more leathery. If I stopped using the capsules, my skin would go back to normal. Start again, skin becomes leathery again. It did nothing for my uncomfortable eyes – though that could be blamed in large part on all the dust and poor quality air within this apartment.

I think that eating walnuts on a regular basis is a far better way to get Omega-3, even if it is a much longer process for the body to utilize that omega-3.
