I wanted to free myself from being directly in front of the computer when making phone calls on Skype, so I decided to get a Bluetooth headset.
While it would have been nice to use an Aliph Jawbone headset, those cost around 100 Euros. If I had the money, I’d get it. PC Magazine said the Jawbone sounds better than using the cell phone itself.
I can’t say the same about what I got at Costco, a Jabra BT135, but that only cost about 25 Euros. It is sensitive to certain sounds but not others. It is almost like listening to an old AM radio, but an AM radio with high-end Sennheiser headphones attached. It allows me to be mobile, so the key issue has been resolved.
